Sexual Jihad in Syria
All across the world, Jihad is practiced by those who are sworn enemies of democracy, freedom, and the Judeo-Christian world view. Distinguished as Islamic Terrorism, the effort to instill Sharia law into free societies does not begin with bombings but with a less obvious strategy of grooming muslim respectful behavior among non-muslim people. This tactic has been recognized as Civil Jihad and is practiced in many countries around the globe, including the United States of America.
The practice of Islamic Jihad historically requires that if you are not a believer you can either submit to a tax or tribute, submit to forced slavery (part of the African slave trade), or submit to the sword – be killed. The very word ‘islam’ means to ‘submit’. This isn’t a peaceful surrender to God but one of abject compulsion – submit or be punished. It is from this that the Islamic jihadis (terrorists) have attempted to promote their religion throughout the world – through violence and force.
Once a country is taken over and becomes an Islamic state, Sharia law is practiced. Without it, the country would simply be a muslim country with believers who could participate within a free democracy allowing other views that compete with their own. However, Islamic states practice Sharia law in order to maintain control of the civilian population, public speech and press, and enforce strict religious rules of observance on everyone.
Here in America, some people have attempted to practice Sharia law apart from the American system of jurisprudence to veil their efforts at ruling their families apart from an Islamic state. These practices have been revealed by law enforcement as they unveil various cuttings of women and other gruesome acts that keep the family in line. Leaving such families that are obviously abusive often means certain death for those attempting to escape the punishing lifestyle.
Civil Jihad is different. It attempts to present Islam in a context of peaceful demonstrations. Its purpose is clear enough – promote Islam. But what is not clear is how they intend to do this. Grooming society by condemning speech that does not speak well of Mohamed, Allah, or the Quran is a step in the direction of shaping society into accepting aspects of Islam they might not otherwise. Civil Jihad, practiced outside of America, has now entered America and is recognized as a subtle attack on American institutions. Anti-terrorism training once included training on the various aspects of Civil Jihad.
Among the many groups that practice a veiled form of Jihad is the so-called Council on American–Islamic Relations (CAIR). They fashion themselves as a Muslim civil rights and advocacy group but evidence* shows that their ‘Palestine Committee’ was created by the Muslim Brotherhood who purpose was to advance the cause of Hamas in the United States politically and financially. The work of CAIR was apparently an example of Civil Jihad in America. And they have been identified by many federal agencies as a terrorist group although CAIR vehemently denies it.

Recent attacks by Hamas against the Jews in Israel have led to further calls from Hamas for global jihad. Pro-Palestinian rallies have begun all over the world but these rallies do not identify Hamas as a terrorist regime. Rather, they conflate the issue of fighting a war again Hamas with the deaths of many ‘innocent’ civilians. While the outcry against the innocent civilians in Israel is nowhere to be found in these rallies, neither is the condemnation of Hamas’ terrorism and the fact that Hamas is terrorizing their own population of Palestinians (domestic terror precedes the exportation of terror).
The so-called ‘Pro-Palestinian’ rallies are nothing more than an example of Civil Jihad in America.
These Pro-Palestinian rallies advocate a ‘cease fire’, an ‘end to the blockade’, complaints about Israeli ‘war crimes’, all which reflect the interests of Hamas and their war against Jews in Israel. The supposed humanitarian issues of releasing hostages and providing for humanitarian aid are issues related to the capture of prisoners by Hamas and Hamas preventing Palestinians from leaving Gaza; but this is never mentioned. It is highly likely that these protests will lead to fund raising and recruitment efforts for the cause of Hamas and not to the benefit of the Palestinian people.
We are not fighting a war against Islam or Muslims nor is the objective to kill Palestinians but Hamas. Our response should be to look behind the curtain and see who is pulling the strings. Civil Jihad is an example of veiled terrorism and these rallies are one example of that. Please avoid the rush to judgement against Israel and understand who it is that is complaining - Hamas operatives under the banner of Palestine. This is the war that Hamas began against the Jews in Israel and abroad. This is an extension of that war that seeks to kill all Jews everywhere if possible.
There is never a time when it is right to do what is wrong. Always check your own behavior before taking action. Do what is right to achieve what is right! We are not fighting this war with bullets and guns but with truth and righteousness. Let the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and local law enforcement do their job while you do your job. Expose the hidden lies that lay await in darkness. If you see something, say something; report terrorist activity to your local law enforcement officials. And remember to pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
