Biden wants to spend $400 Billion without Legal Authority

Joseph Biden, President of the United States, lies when he says the recent ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court allows the President to be above the law. This is not what the ruling provides and it is hypocritical for President Biden to complain about what Donald Trump may do when he, Mr. Biden, is already doing it himself. Mr. Biden is already violating his oath of office and is getting away with illegal behavior while in the office of President of the United States.

Mr. Trump won a ruling by the high court this week to be relieved of actions supposedly taken by him while President to overturn the 2020 election. While disputing the original claims, Mr. Trump was satisfied that the Court ruled in his favor that he was exempt from prosecution for acts exercised while still in office. In response to the Court’s ruling, Mr. Biden went ballistic.

Mr. Biden, in an apparent rant of righteous indignation, excoriated the Court and Mr. Trump saying that the Court now allows the President to be ‘above the law.’  This is high sounding rhetoric from a man who has abandoned a commitment to the U.S. Constitution (dismisses Court rulings), the rule of law (border crisis), morality (cross dresser and homosexual on cabinet), and ethics (taking bribes from overseas threats). There is nothing righteous about his anger and he projects his irresponsible acts onto others.

Among the more sinister of President Biden’s acts is the dismissal of the Court’s rulings when it comes the principle of Judicial Review. Mr. Biden got Borked when his attempt to fund student loan debt was overturned by the Court as they followed original intent of the framers of the Constitution (Judge Bork was an advocate for this judicial perspective and Biden was aggressive in preventing him from serving on the bench in the Supreme Court. In refusing to comply with the strict constructionist viewpoint and ruling of the Court, Mr. Biden pressed on to pay them anyway and proudly declares his victory over the Court ruling. Now, Mr. Biden is chiding the Court for the ruling again prosecuting former President Trump. He might want to rethink his strategy as the Court could cite him for contempt of Court.

The real contempt that Mr. Biden has for our Constitution is in his dismissal of Marbury vs Madison (1803). This was a case where the Supreme Court decided it was in their purview to rule on the merits of the political acts of government (executive and legislative powers) with respect to the U.S. Constitution. This ruling has led to the principle of Judicial Review. Biden has demonstrated twice now his refusal to comply with the principle; which makes sense in the light of his judicial philosophy. Mr. Biden appears to prefer Judicial Supremacy, the supposed right of the Court to determine the meaning of the Constitution in all matters of government action, instead of Judicial Review, where the Court is the final arbiter of what the Constitution says in cases brought before it. There is a big difference between Judicial Supremacy and Judicial Review; the former destroys our Republic while the latter preserves it.

Mr. Biden needs to dial down his rhetoric and accept the Court’s rulings. In the end, he is likely to benefit from it far more than Mr. Trump ever will. We still don’t know the extent that Mr. Biden’s Justice Department participated with State prosecutors to attack Mr. Trump. Without the recent ruling of the Court, Mr. Biden could face prosecution and jail time for contempt of court. He might even have to pay off all those student loans himself with the bribe money he still has left over.
