I submitted my DD3175 form via milconnect.com and I sent in my finished form to my supervisor. This completes the mandated paperwork. I decided to check boxes 3d and 3e to say that I won't take the vaccine but will seek an exception. I have since submitted my medical exception to my supervisor along with form DD3176 (optional). People can also submit a religious exemption to their supervisor (also using the optional DD3177 form) but I chose not to.
In short, I declared that I already have natural immunity and that taking the vaccine offered no benefit for the risk involved. My doctor, independent of me, said the same thing and put that in writing. I submitted this to my supervisor noting that whether or not I'm granted an exemption, I'll still have to take the weekly tests. I encourage everyone to fill out DD3175 no matter what you declare.

I’m seeking a medical exemption from the Covid vaccines because I consider it to be a needless risk to my good health. While I prefer to appeal to liberty, as enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, I want to preface my appeal for a medical exemption (when it is available); whereas an appeal to liberty and personal responsibility will likely fall on deaf ears.
Medicine and the Constitution
Let’s begin by addressing the question of the U.S. Constitution. The 10th Amendment to the Constitution says that there are no implied powers to the federal government. Only the express powers granted by the Constitution are to be exercised by the federal government. All other powers are reserved to the States and the People respectively. And there is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that addresses our nation’s public health. This prescription of powers for the federal government (U.S. Constitution) is meant to preserve the national health of our body politic, which today is being violated.
However, public health is a legitimate compelling interest for State governments. State governments facilitate the public health by licensing medical professionals, not government officials. And these medical professionals consult with the People about their medical concerns but they don’t dictate to the People what they will do. Unfortunately, government officials are dictating to us what they require us to do contrary to the Constitution and the traditions of the medical profession. The State and People (Parents are people too) work together as the People have the final choice for what they will do with their own (and children’s) healthcare needs.
Medicine and the Hippocratic Oath
Following the Roe v Wade decision in 1973, the Roe v Wade decision needlessly removed the Hippocratic Oath from the medical profession. The Oath says:
…I will follow that system of regimen which, according to my ability and judgement, I consider for the benefit of my patients, and abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous. I will give no deadly medicine to any one if asked, nor suggest any such counsel; and in like manner I will not give to a woman a pessary to produce abortion. …
This Oath prohibits doing harm with medical science and that one should not provide an abortive procedure. However, the 1973 Roe v Wade decision dismissed the Hippocratic Oath, which limited medical science from practicing abortions of any kind as it also limited medical science from doing harm to people.
Forcing people to take a vaccine that has inherent risks is a violation of the Hippocratic Oath. Doing no harm means we are not supposed to have violence done to our person in the name of good medicine. Submitting to procedures not approved by individuals is a violation of good medicine and the practice of professional medical providers.
Also, history has shown that many vaccines have been produced using abortive fetal tissue (another violation of the Hippocratic Oath). The entire industry of gain-of-function research and vaccine generation is a dismissal of the Hippocratic Oath.
Medicine and Gain of Function Research
Recently, Dr. Fauci has been accused of lying about his involvement with the National Institute of Health (NIH) and their funding of gain-of-function research in labs within the Wuhan province of China. Apparently, this U.S. organization has funded research that led to the outbreak of the SARS-COV-2 virus and a worldwide pandemic. This gain-of-function research is doing harm to people via a pandemic contrary to their Oath as medical professionals.
If this is surprising then hold your breath. Concerning ‘gain of function’ research, Dr. Fauci was quoted as saying, “Scientists working in this field might say—as indeed I have said—that the benefits of such experiments and the resulting knowledge outweigh the risks.”* His willingness to conduct gain-of-function research on a Flu virus in 2012, despite the possible affect it might have on an entire population of people, speaks volumes as to why we’re dealing with a global pandemic today. Medicine and Vaccine Production
Gain-of-function research leads to new and improved vaccines. The whole purpose of gain-of-function research is to improve upon future vaccinations, as Dr. Fauci noted above. This symbiotic relationship has not only led to a worldwide pandemic but new and improved vaccines. And as businesses make money from these new vaccines, business is booming!
We are witnessing the explosion of vaccine production from companies like Moderna (MRNA), BioNTech (BNTX), Pfizer (PFE), and China's CanSino Biologics as their profits soar. CNN reports that Covid-19 vaccines have created at least nine new billionaires after shares in their companies producing these shots.
“Moderna's share price has gained more than 700% since February 2020, while BioNTech has surged 600%. CanSino Biologics' stock is up about 440% over the same period. The company's single-dose Covid-19 vaccine was approved for use in China in February [2021].” [CNN Business (London); 21 May 2021]
These people are making bank with the Covid vaccines.
Medicine and Vaccine Applications
As the government and businesses focus on vaccines to deal with the Covid pandemic, other options for medical treatment are being ignored. The Dr. Fauci’s of the world have focused their attention only on ‘gain of function’ research that leads to improved vaccinations. However, this symbiotic relationship has not only led to the Covid 19 pandemic, it has led to ‘tunnel vision’ where the only option for us in this pandemic is a vaccine; other options are ignored.
Such is the case of natural immunity, which includes protective immunity. And when people with natural/protective immunity donate whole blood, this blood can be turned into plasma. This plasma can then be used in plasma transfusions to provide both natural immunity and protective immunity for people without a vaccine or previous infection.
When the primary onset of an infection occurs (with Covid 19 or other viruses), the body produces B cells and T cells (B/T cells) that in turn produce antibodies. These antibodies in turn fight off the infection and ward off future infections. However, these antibodies do not last beyond 90-125 days on average. This is where the B/T cells continue to provide us protection against future infections.
After the initial (or primary) infection, the B/T cells that are still in the body last from 6 -12 months (a year) beyond primary infection. As such, these B/T cells produce new antibodies, according to the pattern that originally produced the initial antibodies. This then provides a protective immunity far beyond that of the initial antibody duration.
The B cells that reside in the blood, along with antibodies produced by the B/T cells, may be found in blood plasma that can be used to provide people, without a vaccination or an initial infection, with both natural immunity and protective immunity. The duration of both is set from the onset of the primary infection of the blood donor. As such, plasma transfusions will provide for protective immunity up to a year in some cases. However, this is ignored by the medical and health communities as they focus only on vaccinations (why not if they’re making bank?).
The ability of the body to provide protective immunity should also occur for those who have vaccinated immunity. And the ability to provide B cells and antibodies in blood plasma transfusions should also be available in plasma derived from those who have been vaccinated. Having to get revaccinated provides for a level of protective immunity but it is redundant when one already has protective immunity due to either getting sick with Covid 19 or having taken the vaccination against it beforehand.
These facts are largely ignored by the medical community and little reported by the media. We can have options to the required vaccines that the federal government is pushing on federal employees. It is redundant to take a vaccine after one has already taken it and it isn’t necessary to take it after having initially been infected by the virus and one has natural/protective immunity. In both situations, the body already has protective immunity. We don’t need another vaccine shot to provide for more protection. This is also true for those who may choose to take a plasma transfusion without ever getting vaccinated or sick with Covid 19.
Medicine and Vaccine Engineering
Recent innovations in vaccine research (gain-of-function research, etc.) have led to new ‘engineered bio-proteins’. Unlike the traditional manufacture of vaccines using weakened viruses that cause our bodies to produce antibodies, these engineered bio-proteins are a new development. They replicate the RNA of a virus, one aspect of the virus’ DNA, to cause the body to produce antibodies. While we have decades of experience with vaccines, we have little to no experience with these new engineered bio-proteins.
Further, the whole system of viruses and vaccinations is considered a stochastic system (ie. we don’t know everything about it). Any given system is characterized as having 1) parameters, 2) interdependent relationships, 3) initial conditions, 4) inputs, and 5) outputs. A system characterized as such is analytic when all 5 elements are known. But when anything is unknown, it is called stochastic. Remember, science (Latin scientia: knowledge) is not omniscient.
Analytical systems have analytical solutions whereas stochastic system have approximate solutions. The math associated with analytical systems provides a level certainty that is usually reserved for simple machines. This math provides for accurate predictability in the application of science. However, approximate solutions applied with stochastic systems are usually given in mathematical terms of chance, statistics, and probability. There is no 100% certainty with anything in medical science.
The nature of medicine is such that it is a stochastic system and the percentages used to help us understand the benefits of various vaccines and their applications are nothing more than an educated guess. There is always an unknown associated with vaccines; it is inherent within the world of ‘medical arts’ to not make absolute statements of certainty given the fact that everything knowable about the human body is not presently known.
Moreover, the vaccines that are provided to induce the production of antibodies in the human body, utilizing these engineered bio-proteins, do not provide the full spread (or variety) of antibodies that natural immunization provides. As such natural/protective immunity is far superior to vaccinated immunity. Any prediction of the benefits of various manufacturer’s vaccines, given in percentages of probability, ignores the fact that we already have superior immunity with natural/protective immunity (the same for plasma transfusions).
Given that government officials are unaware of this reality, unlike medical professionals, we are given mandates to take the vaccine despite the risks, despite the fact we have superior immunity with natural/protective immunity, as though these government officials are absolutely certain the vaccines will work as marketed and advertised by the vaccine companies. There is no absolute certainty with the vaccines we are dealing with. As it is all stochastic, we can only provide approximate solutions.
Medicine and the White House
President Biden has declared that we have a pandemic of the “Un-Vaccinated.” However, if the truth were told, we have a pandemic of the “SARS-COV-2” virus, otherwise known as the Covid-19 virus. This error of the President, to incorrectly identify the problem (incorrect Problem ID), has led to an incorrect Solution ID. We are being asked (if not forced) to take a vaccine because the White House is unwilling to get its head straight about what our national pandemic truly is; whereas they are willing to facilitate the symbiosis between gain-of-function research and the lucrative business of vaccines.
Further, the entire issue of vaccine mandates is without any act of legislation from Congress. There is no rule of law that mandates getting the vaccine. Despite having laws about a national emergency (that should have a term limit), there is nothing in the law books that says, ‘get a vaccine or get tested’ or ‘get a vaccine or get fired!’ When people are asked if they will follow the rule of law I ask, ‘What Law?’
Mr. Biden has told us to ‘get vaccinated or get tested’. Weekly tests were to be provided by the federal government under Mr. Biden’s order. The DoD issued guidance following this White House directive stating that federal employees fill out a document (DD3150) noting our position on the vaccine; and if we choose not to take it, they will provide the means of taking a weekly (PCR) test. To date this weekly test has not been provided, even though the DoD said they’ll pay for it. Perhaps the huge effort of logistics escaped the attention of more than just the President when he issued the orders. It’s questionable whether or not the people around the President are going to follow his directive or just mandate a vaccine instead. Who’s really in charge?
Medicine and Obidencare
Mr. Biden was Vice President under Mr. Obama when Mr. Obama gave his Oath of Office twice but never kept it once with ACA (Affordable Care Act; aka Obamacare). There is nothing in the Constitution that outlines the role of the federal government to pass laws or collect taxes for the benefit of our nation’s healthcare. Now that Mr. Biden is President, he is instituting the next round of un-Constitutional Acts that violate the 10th Amendment and their Oath of Office (an oath to uphold the Constitution).
For some strange reason, the DoD ordered all Federal Employees to retake their Oath of Office earlier this year (2021). Maybe it’s because we have 2 Presidents who have failed to follow the Oath themselves. This Oath requires us to defend the Constitution against all enemies (foreign and domestic). And we are seeing the domestic violation of the Constitution by what may be called Obidencare – ‘Get Vaccinated or else.’
Not only is Obamacare a violation of Article 1, Section 8 (special welfare is not general welfare), it along with Obidencare is a violation of the 10th Amendment. Obamacare (and a Switch in Time that Saved Nine) should be ruled an unconstitutional tax at least. And Obidencare should be ruled a violation of the Constitution according to the 10th Amendment. Although they are able to use the machinery of government to force their way upon people with their own medical policies, they have no Constitutional authority to do so.
Summary
I have presented my concerns about the misfeasance and the malpractice of government officials to force vaccines upon us – We the People. I should not have to argue for religious freedom or medical exemption but only for my civil freedom to do what is right! It is right and responsible to take or not take the vaccine. They are both based upon the same risk venture and are not mutually exclusive.
I understand how the vaccines work. We get sick with weakened viruses or engineered bio-proteins and our body produces antibodies. Simple enough. However, we also have protective immunity and can receive plasma transfusions that provide the same level of protection without taking any vaccine boosters. I’m not anti-vaccine as I took a Tdap booster for tetanus this year. I’m anti-mandate as people throughout this nation in political and government offices are forcing people to take the vaccine.
Vaccines that are forced upon people by government officials is doing harm to people and a violation of the Hippocratic Oath. Neither the government nor medical professionals should force any procedure or medicine on anyone at any time. And as the Federal government is coopting State licensed medical professionals to force a vaccine upon people, they are forcing a federal takeover of the State’s authority to secure the public health (again, a violation of the 10th Amendment).
I may seek a medical exemption via a medical professional but only because I’m required to do so in order to keep my job. However, as politicians in Washington D.C. complain about an insurrection earlier this year, they are guilty of the same. As they seek herd-immunity with the vaccines, they do so with forced herd-mentality.
We should stand up for our Constitution, for our individual liberties, for our right to choose what medical care we will accept. Although I may have to take steps to get a medical exemption from a licensed medical professional so that I won’t lose my job, an appeal to liberty and personal responsibility for my own health care needs is all that I should have to apply for.
